  • 1 Green Apple
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks
  • 1/2 Frozen Banana
  • 1/2 Inch Fresh Ginger, Peeled And Minced
  • 1 Cup Fresh Spinach
  • Small Handful Fresh Cilantro
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice
Mix all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Note: If you don’t have a high-speed blender, we recommend first blending the spinach, cilantro, and ginger with the water to completely pulverize them. Then add the fruit and lime juice and mix again.

  • 1 Medium Cucumber, Peeled
  • 2 Cups Frozen Peaches
  • 1 Lemon, Peeled
  • 1 Orange, Peeled
  • 1 Inch Piece Of Fresh Ginger, Peeled
  • 1 Apple, Cored
  • ⅓ Cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 Cup Cold Water
  • 2 Cups Ice

  • 2 Tablespoons Honey Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Carrot Peeled And Diced

  • Ice Cubes Optional

Mix all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

  • ⅓ Cup Bob’s Red Mill Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • ½ Avocado
  • 1 Tablespoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • ¼ Cup Finely Chopped Dark Chocolate
  • ½ Tablespoon Raw Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1 Cup Kale

Place all ingredients in a large, high-powered blender and blend until smooth. If it is too thick, add more almond milk or water and mix again. Pour evenly into 2 glasses.

5. BEET AND BERRY SMOOTHIE
  • 1/3 cup peeled + chopped raw beet
  • 1 ⅓ cup frozen strawberries (if fresh, add ice)
  • 1/4 ripe frozen banana (optional)
  • 2/3 cup fresh apple juice
  • Fresh mint or shredded coconut (optional)

Add the beet, strawberry, banana and apple juice to a blender and blend on high until creamy and smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. Taste and adjust the flavor as needed, adding more banana for sweetness, apple juice to thin, or strawberries for a more fruity flavor. Divide between two serving glasses and enjoy.
